There are at least eighty plantlets in the front yard.

As you can see, they like to mound!
I carefully dig out the entire plant then gentely remove the plantlets.
Be sure to wear rubber coated gardening gloves to protect against the sharp thorns.
Make sure that there are no air pockets when you replant by tamping the soil.

I'm hoping you could help me. Do you know the name of the succulent in the white pot with the thin needle like leaves, in your last picture? I've been trying to find it's name for the past hour or so. I've Googled thin/needle succulents for the past hour to no avail. I was hoping to make a succulent wreath and include that in it. The plant reminds me of pine needles.
